The mission of the Delaware Gideons to bring transformation to Delaware follows the four steps of the ALL IN model:

Identity

Your uniqueness is a gift from God Himself.

Alignment

The second step is about aligning your time and resources with the work of the Kingdom.

Empowerment

Empowerment is about embodying the values of the Kingdom and living them out where ever you go.

Assignment

Knowing who we are, in alignment with and empowered by the Kingdom, we purpose to go where God sends us to be a blessing to those we meet.
